Overview of International Outsourcing Center

The Center is an international organization dedicated to international outsourcing research, consultancy and resource integration. It takes on the responsibility of promoting the development of global outsourcing industry and regional positioning and making unremitting contribution to the global outsourcing endeavor.

Founded at the beginning of this century, the Center is keeping step with the global outsourcing development. Global linkages have been established in America, Australia, Canada, French and China.

The Center has senior leaders and experts represented by H·Ross Perot, founder of global service outsourcing. The Center provides advanced strategies in global outsourcing. The research results are also compiled in theory systems to provide guidance for governments and enterprises. As the writer of Global Outsourcing, book series recommended by Ministry of Commerce in the “Ten, Hundred and Thousand Global Outsourcing Projects”, the Center releases the Global Outsourcing Development Report on a regular basis, which has become an important reference for global economic development planning.

The Global Outsourcing Summit held by the Center and its strategic partner Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), is the most important international summit in the industry. The Summit aims at establishing a platform for global outsourcing cooperation, integrating recourses, releasing the latest trends, summarizing the rules and strategies in global outsourcing and facilitating the building of global outsourcing cities and enterprise development.

The first Global Outsourcing Summit was held with the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, which was listed as one of the “Ten Business Affairs” in Tianjin.

The second session was held in Zhengzhou with the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government. Against the backdrop of slowed economic development resulted from the financial crisis, the summit was convened to respond to the situation and seek countermeasures for development.

The third Global Outsourcing Summit took place in Nanjing with the Nanjing Municipal People’s Government. The event registered unprecedented success. Zhu Shanlu, Member of Standing Committee of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and secretary of CPC Nanjing Municipal Committee spoke high of this conference, calling it “an important landmark in the history of global outsourcing development”.
